Shipping & Returns

Returns & Exchanges:

Sneaker Hub will accept items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, & free of damage by customer for a return of store credit, or an exchange for an item of equal value.
You must first contact customer service at: (201) 864-2606 between the hours of 11am-4pm M-F, to start your return or exchange process.
Once the item is received in store, we will issue a store credit in the amount of the item ONLY. (shipping & handling fees will NOT be refunded.)
All items must be returned or exchanged in their original packaging. Apparel must have tags attached. All footwear must be in their original box.


In Store Pick-Up:

Each customer will have a total of 4 days from the time their order is placed, to pick up their order. After the 4 days, the item will be placed back into stock & the customer will receive store credit in the amount of the item ONLY.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories. We do not ship ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
